After moving to the United States from Mexico in the early 1990’s and ushering in a unique form of cuisine inspired by famous tourist destination “La Boca,” Chef Leo Razo has unveiled his Argentine and Italian dishes in a colorful way.  At Cambalache we believe in recapturing the flavors that will bring “La Boca” to the mouths of Orange County.
